The Artifact Fair was a very successful event that drew a crowd of over 90 collectors from our area. Scholars from the University of Alabama, Auburn University, Auburn University Montgomery, the University of West Alabama, and Troy University were on hand to analyze the collections. At 11am, Dr. Jim Knight gave a presentation regarding the new book, The Search for Mabila, in which several potential locations of the great battle are considered to be in or near Wilcox County.
